MoetMoet was founded in 2010 by Youri Penders. It all started with the fascination about letterpress printing techniques. So here we are, located in the south part of The Netherlands, printing beautiful cards and posters. Bringing the best letterpress products to you, anywhere in the world.
Our products are manufactured by hand. We use as less electricity as possible. The presses are all working on 100% kinetic energy (using hands & feet).
We prefer recycled materials and we love good quality. It's not always easy to find a good mix of both criteria, but we keep doing the best we can to get environment friendly products with a high quality standard.
Sometimes we use fresh made, brand new paper. But we love to use materials that would be thrown away otherwise. For example: local printers are supplying us with cardboard that is used to separate envelopes in a box. For them it's waste, for us it's the beginning of a new product. It has a rough character and feels pure.
We also get cans with ink leftovers that would be thrown away by printers. For them it's not enough, while we can print hundreds or even thousands of cards with it.

Payment
Maybe you were in a hurry, or maybe you were in an impulsive mood. Anyway, sometimes you just want to cancel your order. We do our best to keep it as simple as possible. That means, as long as the products aren't shipped, you'll get you money back (minus the fees that third parties like Etsy or PayPal). Most likely we will ask you why you canceled your order. Feel free to be as honest as you want. We just like to improve our service.
In case you cancel your order after the products are shipped: just wait until the products arrive. After you've received them you can send them back.
Since most of our products are not really expensive, please think twice before returning. Is it worth the hassle? Maybe is shipping it back to us just as expensive as the product itself. Can you still use it as a present?
Just to be as clear as possible:
Refunds will only take place after we have received the products. They have to be in the same condition we shipped them to you.
In all cases you (the buyer) will have to pay for the shippings costs when returning the products.
Shipping
Products will be shipped the way we think is best for protecting the product itself. If you think your product's been damaged during shipping, please provide us with the information and a photo of the damaged product.
Since every situation is unique we will solve it in a unique way. It's simply not possible to mention every scenario here.
Our products will be shipped by PostNL (www.postnl.nl). Most likely you'll receive it from your local mailman.
If you have any special requests about the shipping, please contact us about it (e.g. if you want an insurance shipping).
